About the service we’ve received from Othellotech. In one word it’s been fantastic! Rob has gone out of his way on several occasions to help us with issues that we’ve experienced and always been helpful if we’ve asked him something. The transit hasn’t been down in the 10 months that we’ve been with them, even when Othellotech moved into their own suite we didn’t experience any downtime and wouldn’t have noticed if we weren’t also moving racks at the same time.
The service has always been excellent, fast, and personal – This has led us to take our second full rack with them and hopefully many more in the future.
